The home is located in Incline Village on Lake Tahoe, the lakefront lot measures about 1.2 acres, The mountain-modern home will have seven bedrooms, two glass elevators and an attached five-car garage with a car turntable. Plans also call for an indoor swimming pool, wet and dry saunas, a 21-seat movie theater, a wine room, and a billiard room.

The building structure is comprised of mostly mass timber materials supplied by Vaagen Timbers located in Colville Washington.
