Delta Dental is a single level office space that was a designed and built with Sustainability and functionality as the main driver. 22000 SF of CLT roof deck was installed over Glulam Beams.

The CLT roof deck of the Delta Dental Call Center in Colville, WA was completely installed in 4 days. The contractor thought the 22,000 sq. foot roof system would be in place in 5 days. Fabrication of the beams and CLT for immediate fit on to the job site is critical for speed, safety, and accuracy.
