Five story mixed used apartment building with 76 apartment units and 7,500 SF of leasable commercial space. GLT roof canopy and Glulam columns and beams were chosen and used to pay homage to the logging industry in Sedro-Wooley, WA. The Client 'loves the look of the GLT panels'.
