Parque Kirkland is a LEED Gold Certified Development with every aspect of their community having been intricately crafted with sustainable excellence in mind. It is a luxury apartment home in downtown Kirkland that is specially tailored to maximize sustainability. Vaagen timbers was honored to supply the sustainability sourced 5 story signature staircase that joins the two sides of the building together. The stairs are beautifully place in a glass area to be enjoyed from inside and outside of the building, truly one of the many jewels of the building.
